Who this notice is for

This notice applies to visitors and enquiries to CLOSED CIRCUIT WORKS (PTE. LTD.) (CCW), UEN 201412250C. Our registered address is 23 Dalhousie Lane, Singapore 209688.

When we agree the scope of work with a customer, we also discuss how information for that service will be handled.

Information you share with us

When you contact CCW through the enquiry form, phone, email or WhatsApp, we use the information you provide to understand what you need, reply to your enquiry and discuss any proposed work. This may include your name, contact details, organisation, site information, correspondence and photographs you choose to send.

The enquiry form prepares a draft addressed to consultant@ccwsg.com in your email app. You review and send it yourself. You can also copy the enquiry into webmail. The form asks for your consent for CCW to respond; this is separate from optional website analytics.

The website prepares your draft in your browser without submitting or saving the form fields to a website server. Copying an enquiry places the prepared text on your clipboard. Your email provider handles the message when you send it, and CCW handles received emails as correspondence.

Agreed work may involve quotations, job notes, site photographs and service records. The information needed depends on the service and who is responsible for the work. Please share only information you are authorised to provide.

Do not include passwords, access codes, identity-document numbers or unrelated personal information in a general enquiry. Remove unnecessary faces, private records and security details from site photographs.

Website visits and external services

The service selector prepares an enquiry message on the page. The cost calculator runs in your browser without sending or saving your figures.

Opening a WhatsApp link passes the prepared message to WhatsApp. You can review it there before sending it to CCW. Email and WhatsApp services have their own privacy practices. See Cookies & Website Storage for more about browser storage and media.

Our hosting provider uses technical connection information, such as your IP address and browser request details, to deliver and protect the website. Media and fonts are served from this website.

Optional website analytics

On ccwsg.com, analytics is on by default unless you turn it off or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control preference. A small notice appears on your first visit. Closing the notice does not turn analytics off. Microsoft Clarity runs with analytics cookies and advertising permission disabled. It collects page interactions, such as clicks and scrolling, along with technical information and page layout data to help us find problems with using the website. Public page text, images, button labels, calculator results and generated message previews are visible in recordings so we can understand clicks and scrolling. We do not apply additional content masking. Clarity automatically hides typed input values; clicks and selections of public service options can still be recorded. We exclude the Contact page and query-string visits from recordings. Separately, our own counter records page views and WhatsApp, email-draft and copy actions as daily totals by page and broad source category. It does not store names, enquiry text, email addresses, full URLs, query strings, referring URLs, IP addresses or visitor identifiers. These counts show actions, not unique visitors or confirmation that a message was sent. Advertising consent stays off.

Microsoft handles Clarity information as an independent data controller under its Clarity terms and Privacy Statement. Those terms cover purposes including Microsoft Advertising and product improvement. Our settings do not grant advertising permission. Clarity data is stored in the United States.

Microsoft keeps ordinary recordings for 30 days. It keeps heatmap and click data, along with recordings labelled or favourited in Clarity, for nine months. These are Microsoft’s published retention periods.

Use Turn off in the first-visit notice or Privacy choices in the footer to turn both Clarity and our action counter off. Your previous rejection remains in effect when the website is updated. Turning analytics off stops collection and may reload the page to unload the recorder. This does not automatically delete data already collected.

Records and your choices

How long information is kept depends on the enquiry, any agreed work, and any business or legal record-keeping requirements that apply. Contact us to ask about a particular record.

You can ask for access to your personal data, request a correction, withdraw consent for a purpose or raise a concern. These requests are subject to the PDPA’s requirements and exceptions. Withdrawing consent may affect a service that needs the information. It does not automatically require records to be deleted if they must be kept.

To ask about your personal data or make a request, contact CCW’s personal-data contact at consultant@ccwsg.com.

See Personal Data & PDPA for what to include in a request.
