How we work

We aim to fix faults properly, keep servicing on schedule and give you clear updates. Here is how we handle a typical request.

From request to follow-up

A leaking tap or unreliable Wi-Fi starts with the same steps. The timing depends on how urgent the problem is and the work included in your site agreement.

Tell us what you need

Call, WhatsApp or email us with the location and the problem. We check the details with you and confirm whether the work is covered by your site agreement.

What you receive

Confirmation that we have your request and an agreed next step.

Plan the work

We check the site records, arrange the right technician or appointed specialist, and explain what happens next. This may be a visit or advice. For larger jobs, we provide a quotation first.

What you receive

A visit date or next step, a named contact and a quotation where needed.

Carry out the work

We visit or advise you as agreed, carry out the work and record what we find and do, with photos where useful. If a qualified specialist needs to inspect or sign off the work, we arrange this.

What you receive

A report showing what we found, what we did and what still needs attention.

Follow up

We track parts, vendor follow-up and return visits until each item is resolved. Monthly summaries show what is done and what still needs attention.

What you receive

A monthly maintenance summary and a list of items still to be completed.

One team to coordinate the work

One contact for building and IT

Tell us about a lighting fault, unreliable Wi-Fi, a door-access problem or a meeting-room display. We arrange the right technician, so you have fewer vendors and handovers to manage.

We arrange the specialists

Lifts, fire protection, pest control, water tanks and generators need appointed specialists. We arrange their visits, attend when needed and follow up on their reports and recommendations.

Clear records of the work

We keep service reports, fault lists and monthly summaries in order. You can use them for audits, tenant updates and budget planning.

What do repeat visits cost you?

Add up the cost of extra visits and the time your team spends following up or reporting. Enter your monthly figures, including the cost per staff hour, to see a monthly total and a yearly estimate.

Your figures stay in your browser. They are not saved or sent to us. The yearly estimate is the monthly total multiplied by 12, not a forecast of what you could save.

How we use AI

We use AI to help our team find maintenance records and draft reports. We agree with you which information the tools can access and how they’ll be used. Our team remains responsible for the updates you receive, and the tools do not operate your building systems.
